What standard should I maintain?

Hygiene

As a member of the volunteer exchange you represent not only yourself but the exchange as well. So before you get on site, freshen-up. Brush you teeth, take a shower, put on deodorant, and let's rule the Day!!

If you're having trouble getting this standard met, reach out and we'll provide a hygiene package for you.

Attire

Your attire when coming to a site is very important. it helps the organizers, their employees, and their guests recognize why you're there and your affiliation. We offer all organizers the choice of attire for any amount of volunteers requested. Yes, this means that you must come in designated attire ignorer to complete your task.

Attitude

As a volunteer the standard of attitude must be meet across the board for the full term of the task. Volunteer manager are assigned to give lead to what duties Volunteers are assigned to for completion. Maintain an awesome attitude highlights key traits that get members better Volunteer Scores. It can also do the opposite if bad attitudes are present.

Knowledge

Part of the reason a volunteer is accepted by an organizer is the Knowledge from past occupational experiences. We urge all members to use their knowledge from previous experiences to help make the task at hand smoother and quicker, in some cases. If you're not sure on what to do ask for help from a fellow volunteer or manager.
